Production Unit :

Established in 1988, as a small workshop manufacturing of Control, Instrumentation and small L.V. Distribution boards.

During the last 15 years, the rang of Products, Manufacturing and Engineering capabilities have increased.

Now adays the Production Unit designs and manufactures High-Quality electrical, pneumatic and instrumentation Controlgears, TTA and PTTA L.V and M.V Switchgears - under a special agreement with “Schneider Electric Industries” and "Greiner Schaltanlagen GmbH".

The Production Unit Qualit y Assurance systems is under the supervision of IIS (The Israeli Institute of Standard) and creditated for ISO 9001-2008, IQ Net .

Electrical Engineering:

• Analysis and development of Technical Specifications conforming with the national and international standards.
• Drawings and electrical diagrams, using software supports ("Autocad2005").
• Protection systems analysis and Protection coordination studies (selectivity and setting Programs, tables).
• Short circuit, Heat dissipation calculations, load flows, motor starting check.

Switchgears:

• Rated insulation voltage: 1000V
• Rated operating voltage: 690V
• Rated impulse voltage: 8kV
• Rated Bus-Bars current: 5000A
• Rated short time withstand current: 110 kA for 1sec. (peak 242kA)
